Online before you arrive, or with a volunteer at the welcome desk. Tell us about care needs and who may collect.

Check in at the desk
A volunteer gives each child a numbered band. Your receipt shows the same number.

Collect with care
Each child goes home only with an adult you approved. We check every time.
